Thanks to experience in the area of German and Polish law, we can offer our Clients legal advice covering various aspects of the civil law with the analysis of these in the light of regulations applicable under both legal systems.

The team of the Law Office RGW provides its Clients with advice in the area of contract law – at the stage of negotiating and drawing up contracts of various types, including contracts of sale (also sale of an enterprise or property), contracts of delivery, leasing, lease, tenancy, contract for the provision of services etc. We assist in asserting claims resulting from contractual and non-contract obligations (unlawful act, baseless enrichment, management of business of another without an order).

We have considerable experience in matters involving infringement of moral rights of legal entities, such as good name or the right to legal name, in inter alia mass media. Considering a number of negative consequences for the business activity conducted which can arise from dissemination of information infringing moral rights of an entrepreneur, it is particularly important to react quickly in cases of this type, for example, by obtaining judicial security of claims.

We provide our Clients with legal representation before common courts of law in Poland and in Germany, including exchange of pleadings and appearance in person at the trials and in the sessions, including reconciliation sittings and negotiations with the other party to litigation.
