Am 18. März 2014 findet das durch die Schweizerisch-Polnische Wirtschaftskammer in Zusammenarbeit mit der Kanzlei RGW organisierte Frühstücktreffen zum Thema “Strafrechtliche Aspekte des Unternehmensaudits – Strategien des Unternehmensmanagements unter dem Gesichtspunkt der strafrechtlichen Haftung” statt.
Während des Treffens werden die ausgewählten Fragen aus dem Bereich der Wirtschaftskriminalität behandelt. Die Referenten werden auf die konkreten Regelungen des polnischen Wirtschaftsstrafrechts im Zusammenhang mit der strafrechtlichen Haftung der Unternehmensführungskräfte eingehen sowie die Methoden zur Ermittlung der Unrichtigkeiten des Unternehmensmanagements, darunter vor allem die Hauptprinzipien der Durchführung des strafrechtlichen Unternehmensaudits, darstellen.
Das Treffen wir von 9:00 bis 11:00 Uhr dauern und findet in Sheraton Plaza (Saal Rubens), ul. Prusa 2, Warschau statt.
On 18 March 2014, a breakfast meeting will be held about “Criminal law audit – diagnostics of company management in terms of criminal liability” organized by the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Law Office RGW.
During the meeting, selected issues will be discussed concerning offences against trading. The speakers will refer to specific regulations of the Polish criminal economic law in the context of criminal liability of persons managing a company and present methods for uncovering infringements in company management, and first of all principles of conducting a criminal law audit.
The meeting will be held between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. at Sheraton Plaza (hall Rubens) at ul. Prusa 2 in Warsaw. The meeting will be conducted in Polish.
18 marca 2014 r. odbędzie się śniadanie tematyczne: “Audyt prawnokarny – diagnostyka zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem w zakresie odpowiedzialności karnej” organizowane przez Polsko-Szwajcarską Izbę Gospodarczą we współpracy z Kancelarią RGW.
W trakcie spotkania omówione zostaną wybrane zagadnienia dotyczące przestępstw przeciwko obrotowi gospodarczemu. Prelegenci odniosą się do szczegółowych regulacji polskiego prawa karnego gospodarczego w kontekście odpowiedzialności karnej osób zarządzających przedsiębiorstwem oraz przedstawią metody wykrywania naruszeń w prowadzeniu przedsiębiorstwa, w tym przede wszystkim zasady przeprowadzania audytu prawnokarnego.
Spotkanie odbędzie się w godzinach 9:00 – 11:00 w Sheraton Plaza (Sala Rubens) przy ul. Prusa 2 w Warszawie. Spotkanie będzie prowadzone w języku polskim.
