The RGW Law Firm has become a patron of the second edition of the Polish Tech Night conference that will take place on 21 June 2017 in Berlin.

The goal of the Polish Tech Night is to promote international cooperation between entrepreneurs and investors from Poland and Germany. During the conference current challenges that start-ups are facing as well as influences of computerisation and automatization processes on the image of modern business will be discussed.

About 150 start-ups and investors from IT and related industries will take part in the project. Polish and German representatives of the politics and administration announced their participation in the conference.

The event is held under a honorary patronage of the Ambassador of Poland in Berlin.

Kancelaria RGW objęła patronatem drugą edycję konferencji Polish Tech Night, która odbędzie się 21 czerwca 2017 r. w Berlinie.

Celem Polish Tech Night jest stworzenie płaszczyzny międzynarodowej współpracy między przedsiębiorcami i inwestorami z Polski i z Niemiec. Podczas konferencji omawiane będą m. in. bieżące wyzwania stojące przed start-upami oraz wpływ procesów informatyzacji i automatyzacji na obraz współczesnego biznesu.

W projekcie uczestniczyć będzie ok. 150 start-upów oraz inwestorów z branży IT i branż pokrewnych. Swój udział w konferencji zapowiedzieli polscy i niemieccy przedstawiciele świata polityki i administracji.

Wydarzanie objęte jest honorowym patronatem Ambasadora RP w Berlinie.

„Enabling the Business of Agriculture 2017″(EBA) Report has been released to which creation Mr Wojciech Roclawski , Legal Advisor & Rechtsanwalt, partner of the RGW Law Firm, contributed.

EBA 2017 is already a third report published in the series. EBA has been collecting data since 2013 on provisions and regulations influencing businesses operating in agriculture. The data measures legal barriers for entrepreneurs in 62 countries and may be used by governments, nvestors and others interested to analyze and identify regulatory good practices.

The World Bank operates in more than 100 countries. Poland is a member of the World Bank since 1986.

Bank Światowy opublikował raport pt. „Enabling the Business of Agriculture 2017“ (EBA), który został opracowany m.in. przy udziale Radcy Prawnego & Rechtsanwalta Wojciecha Rocławskiego, wspólnika Kancelarii RGW.

EBA 2017 to już trzeci raport wydany w ramach serii. EBA od 2013 r.  zbiera dane na temat przepisów oraz regulacji mających wpływ na prowadzenie działalności gospodarczej z zakresu rolnictwa. Dane te wskazują bariery prawne dla przedsiębiorców w 62 krajach całego świata oraz mogą posłużyć rządom, inwestorom oraz innym zainteresowanym do oceny oraz identyfikacji tzw. dobrych praktyk.

Bank Światowy działa w ponad 100 krajach. Polska jest członkiem Banku Światowego od 1986 roku.
